These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of gamedaycollective.com
(the “Site”), operated by Game Day Collective (“GDC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please
don’t use the Site.
USE OF THE SITE
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, including
reading articles, listening to or watching our shows, and purchasing
merchandise through our shop.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its accounts, or any
connected systems. - Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation (including through
automated scraping that overloads our servers). - Post comments that are unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that
infringe someone else’s rights.
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for anyone who
violates these Terms.
CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise noted, articles, graphics, show content, and the GDC name
and logo are the property of Game Day Collective or its licensors and are
protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to our
content and quote brief excerpts with attribution, consistent with fair use,
but you may not republish, redistribute, or use our content for commercial
purposes without our written permission.
Embedded third-party content (such as YouTube videos or social media posts)
remains the property of its respective owner and is subject to that
platform’s terms.
COMMENTS AND USER SUBMISSIONS
If you submit a comment, you retain ownership of it, but you grant GDC a
non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and moderate it
on the Site. You are solely responsible for what you post. We may remove any
comment at our discretion, for any reason, without notice.
Do not post anything in a comment that you don’t have the right to share, or
that violates someone else’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
SHOP / MERCHANDISE
Merchandise purchases are processed through Shopify, a third-party platform.
When you click “Shop GDC” or otherwise proceed to checkout, you leave this
Site and enter an agreement directly with Shopify and/or our store, governed
by Shopify’s own terms of service:

We are not responsible for the availability, pricing accuracy, order
fulfillment, or customer service related to the Shopify storefront, beyond
what our store commits to separately with you as a customer.

The Site, including all articles, stats, rankings, and predictions, is

or implied. Sports statistics, scores, and rankings are provided for
informational and entertainment purposes and may contain errors or delays;
we don’t guarantee their accuracy or completeness.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Game Day Collective will not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to reliance on
any stats, rankings, or predictions published here.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Game Day Collective harmless from any
claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or
your misuse of the Site.

GOVERNING LAW
